Course Description

THIS TRAINING IS ONLY OPEN TO PARTICIPANTS WHO HAVE COMPLETED THE SECONDARY TRAUMA RESILIENCY TRAINING. TIME: 8:30AM MT - 4:30PM MT LOCATION: Mount Vernon Canyon Club, Golden, CO TRAINERS: Henry Tobey, Ph.D. & Co-trainer TBA The three-day Intentional Resiliency Training delves into the foundational concepts introduced in the Secondary Trauma Resiliency Training with enhanced depth and deeper examination. This advanced module conducts a thorough exploration of Compassion versus Empathy, examining these critical elements from innovative and diverse perspectives. Intentional Resiliency program expands its curriculum by integrating several new concepts vital for personal and professional growth. These include an examination of rumination and perfectionism, as well as an in-depth analysis of the significance of the narratives we construct about our experiences. This comprehensive approach ensures participants are equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to foster resilience intentionally in both personal and professional environments. NOTE: This course is not yet approved for Continuing Education Credits.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation, regardless of scholarship status, within three business days of the training start date, will not be issued a refund.  You may elect to send an appropriate substitute. ​ ​If you have been given a full scholarship and you cannot attend the Secondary Trauma Resiliency Training, your obligation is to find an appropriate substitute.
